And Now Deep Thoughts....

Ryan:  Hey babe, is it raining at home??

Me:  Uhmmmm yep!!

Ryan:  Oh good, mother nature wanted to kick us in the balls one last time before we get the roof on.

Me:  I guess so.....

As ya'll may have figured out by now, I am not real artsy or crafty.  However, Emma got her dad's (and my dad) artistic gene!  She just started taking pictures around the house recently and I thought I would share some of my faves!  Here they are, enjoy.....

Oops I did it again!

No, no, no this post is NOT about Britney Spears!!!  You're welcome.  It IS however about the fact that I bought this for Emma Jean today.....

Seriously how cute is it?  As a matter of fact it must be really cute cuz (as you all know) THIS is going in our master bedroom.  

Awwww we're gonna be twinkies.....I am sure she'll be thrilled ;)

We're getting close.....

to being safe from the rain!  Annnnddddd I assume that once we get the house roofed, it won't rain again until October!  You think I'm kidding?  I am pretty sure that is how things will unfold.  

Anywho, back to our progress.  The house is *this* close to being ready to be roofed.  Our roofer is planning to start on Thursday or Friday (maybe sooner if he can get this party started)!!!

I got this for over the dining room table and I LOVE IT!!

You wanna know what else I love??  Joss and Main!  They have the best deals EVER!!!  Obviously that is where I got my pendant.  Can't wait to have a dining room to hang it in :-)
